2. Our Role as Travel Agent
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, embassies, insurers). The contract for each travel product is ultimately between you and the provider, and is subject to that provider's own terms.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal.
- A booking is confirmed only when full or partial payment has been received per the proposal.
- Cancellation and refund rules vary by provider and will be disclosed before payment.
- Visa application fees and embassy charges are generally non-refundable.
4. Travel Documents & Eligibility
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. We will advise on requirements but cannot guarantee approval of any visa application.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee charged by us for arranging the booking. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, civil unrest, weather, schedule changes by carriers, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property
